Each bag is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. As every piece is handcrafted, package sizes may vary depending on the design, while remaining lightweight.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and parcel dimensions and are displayed at checkout prior to purchase.

Worldwide shipping is available. Delivery times vary by location, and a shipping confirmation with tracking details will be sent once your order has been dispatched.

Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees in accordance with local regulations. These charges are not included in the shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient.

In accordance with EU consumer law, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without stating a reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, please notify us in writing within this 14-day period. After notifying us, the item must be returned within a further 14 days.

Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, including all original packaging. Items that show signs of use or damage cannot be accepted and may be returned to the customer.

Please note that return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by law.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued using the original method of payment, in accordance with EU regulations.

If your bag requires repair due to normal wear, please contact us. Repairs are assessed individually and may be offered for a fee.

Leather is a natural material and will develop character over time. Avoid prolonged exposure to moisture, direct sunlight, or heat. Store your bag in a dry place when not in use.
